1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

2. Services & Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We strive to provide accurate service descriptions, but the final result may vary based on individual nail conditions and preferences.
  • A consultation will be conducted before any service to ensure we meet your expectations.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed nail services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Please inform our technicians of any allergies, skin conditions, or injuries before your service begins.
  • We are not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal belongings while you are in the salon.
